Water Damage Survey
Traditional methods of photographs and moisture meters do not always reveal the extent of the damage or provide visual documentation. Infrared cameras can distinguish between wet and dry by measuring the thermal characteristics of wet materials and can provide a vivid image of moisture damage.
DNA Water Impact Study
BDG utilizes an inspection technique that provides irrefutable evidence for water impact investigations. Through the use of advanced thermal imaging techniques and DNA laboratory analysis we can identify historical water loss data by identifying the DNA fingerprints of “signature” water infiltration molds.
